The Science
Swallow an antioxidant and your gut gets first pick. Park it under your lip and the mucosa hands it straight to your bloodstream.
purity on our third-party Certificates of Analysis for NMN and glutathione
every active sits well inside the size range that crosses the mucosa
pouches placed by customers, zero nicotine in any of them
Molecular weights from PubChem. Purity per the Certificates of Analysis shown below. Pouch count is lifetime units sold.
Molecular weight
0 to 600 Da
Permeability drops as molecules get bigger. All three of ours stay small.
The dashed line marks 500 Da. Below it, molecules permeate the oral mucosa readily by passive diffusion. Above it permeability falls off, and true macromolecules need injection or chemical enhancers. Permeability review ↗
Through the cheek, not the gut
Sized for the route, not the shelf
No tobacco, no sugar, gum safe
COAs, GMP, made in the USA

Your cells make glutathione and spend it constantly to mop up oxidative stress. The catch is that swallowed glutathione is largely dismantled before it reaches your blood, which is why the route matters more here than for anything else in the pouch.
The evidence A placebo-controlled crossover trial in 15 healthy adults held 200 mg of glutathione in the mouth for 90 seconds. The orobuccal route raised multiple blood glutathione parameters compared with placebo. Bruggeman et al., PLoS ONE 2019 ↗NAD+ is the coenzyme sitting in the middle of how your cells turn food into usable energy, and levels fall with age. NAD+ itself is far too large to cross a membrane, so we deliver the precursor and let your cells build the rest.
The evidence In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 30 healthy adults took 250 mg of NMN daily for 12 weeks. It was well tolerated and significantly raised NAD+ and related metabolites in whole blood. Okabe et al., Front. Nutr. 2022 ↗Caffeine is the smallest active in the pouch and the one with the longest paper trail through the cheek. This is the same principle behind military caffeine gum, and it is why the onset feels quicker than waiting on a coffee to clear your stomach.
The evidence Comparing gum against capsules in healthy volunteers, caffeine peaked in the blood at 44 to 80 minutes with gum versus 84 to 120 minutes with capsules. The authors attributed the speed to buccal absorption. Kamimori et al., Int. J. Pharm. 2002 ↗One pouch between your upper lip and gum.
A light mint tingle is normal as the pouch softens.
Up to 20 minutes. No chewing, no sipping over it.
Remove and discard. Pouches do not dissolve.
Cool Mint, 16 pouches per can, 4 pouches per day. Everything we test is here in full.
A capsule has to survive stomach acid and a first pass through your liver before anything reaches your bloodstream. A pouch sits against the inside of your lip, where small molecules pass through the mucosa directly and skip both.
It is the same mechanism behind nicotine lozenges, sublingual B12 and nitroglycerin tablets. Nothing exotic, just a different door.
All three amounts are printed on the Supplement Facts panel. to see them, and the Certificates of Analysis alongside it show the third-party purity results for NMN and glutathione.
None. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco and zero tobacco-derived ingredients. They are also sugar free and zero calorie. The pouch format is borrowed from nicotine pouches, the contents are not.
Made in the USA at an FDA registered facility that is Eurofins certified to 21 CFR Part 111 GMP and NSF/ANSI 455-2, both issued March 2026. Actives are tested by an independent third-party lab.
Four pouches per day is what the formula is built around, spaced across your day rather than taken at once. Each can holds 16 pouches, so a can covers four days.
Cool Mint plus a moistening pouch against your gum. It settles within a few minutes as the pouch softens. If it stays uncomfortable, take it out and switch sides next time.
Better not to. Drinking rinses the exact tissue you are trying to absorb through, which works against the whole point of the format. Save the coffee for after.
Pouches are meant to be removed, not swallowed. Doing it once is not expected to be harmful, but you lose the delivery advantage. Keep tins away from children and pets.
Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, sensitive to caffeine or managing an existing health condition. These contain caffeine, so count them alongside your coffee rather than on top of it.
The pouch is a soft non-tobacco fleece with no snuff or leaf in it. Rotate between the left and right side rather than parking every pouch in the same spot, and stop if you notice irritation.
No, and neither is any dietary supplement. The FDA registers and inspects facilities, it does not approve supplements. Our manufacturing facility is FDA registered. Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these pouches are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
They show that these specific ingredients absorb through the oral mucosa and move measurable markers in blood. They were run on solutions, gums and capsules, not on our pouches, and they do not test the finished product or promise you a particular result. We would rather link them and say that plainly than imply more.
